What is PRP?
PRP stands for Platelet-Rich Plasma. It is a medical treatment that uses a person's own blood components to promote healing and tissue regeneration. The process involves drawing a small amount of blood, processing it to concentrate the platelets, and then injecting this platelet-rich plasma into an area that needs healing, such as joints, tendons, or skin.
PRP is commonly used in various fields, including orthopedics, sports medicine, and dermatology, for conditions like arthritis, tendon injuries, and hair loss. The growth factors in the platelets are believed to enhance healing and reduce inflammation.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
Procedure: Involves drawing a small amount of blood, processing it to isolate the platelet-rich plasma, and then injecting it into specific areas.
Benefits: Promotes healing, stimulates collagen production, and improves skin texture and tone. Often used for rejuvenation, hair restoration, and healing injuries.
Applications: Common in facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, and orthopedic treatments.
Results: Gradual improvement over weeks as collagen is produced and healing occurs.
Micro-needling
Procedure: Involves using a device with fine needles to create micro-injuries in the skin. This stimulates the body's natural healing process and collagen production.
Benefits: Improves skin texture, reduces scars and wrinkles, and enhances product absorption.
Applications: Often used for acne scars, fine lines, and overall skin rejuvenation.
Results: Immediate plumping effect with continued improvement as collagen develops over time.
Combination Treatment
Many practitioners combine PRP with micro-needling to enhance results. Micro-needling creates channels in the skin, allowing the PRP to penetrate deeper, which can further stimulate healing and rejuvenation.
